I'm the one who started the vote and I obviously think he should stay banned. I myself have given him a few temp bans here and there. Once he was unbanned, he'd come back and do the same stuff that I temp banned him for. He would smart off to Wroaw members, and some other people on the server. When I've been in the server using a different name he has the same attitude whether a member is on to his knowledge or not. Don't start saying he was never warned, he was warned many times by me, Womb, and I'm sure many other members.
Why did you never tell me personally? I'm always on the forums. I mentioned my AIM many times. As i said, it never really gotten through to me.

The guy didn't care about being banned for 5 minutes or 60 minutes. Even when warned he'd just say "Oh no, what are you going to do? Ban me for 2 minutes?" (No, that isn't a direct quote, but it's the main point.)

He didnt mean harm by backtalking admins and being a retard? Did he really think that he was going to become a well known person and stick around for a long time for being a assclown? I think not.
He didn't mean any harm the first few times he was kicked, the first few times he was banned, or he doesn't now that he's permabanned and feels like a fucking idiot?
