The simple fact is that you are banned.
I cannot comment because, i dont play 1.6 anymore (GO SOURCE!)
but i trust the admins on wcs, that you should remain banned.
You can buy another steam account for $20, or i'm sure your 'posse'
will donate ;p
This will be your punishment.
If you get cought doing it again on wcs with a new steamid/or just a name faker, We WILL ban you again.
