Charisma's pretty much useless, so I'd recommend finding another stat to max. :X
I'd recommend not beating the game... I think it's kind of ridiculous that the game ends. That's what made Oblivion so much better - the fact that after the main quest you can just run around doing whatever you want. When I play Fallout 3 I don't even want to do the main quest because it's just going to force me to stop playing on that character, making the time spent on it a waste.
also fallout 3 runs like shit on my computer.:(
its the only game that does, farcry 2 runs at least decently well with medium graphics and full resolution
im thinking of getting darwinia though, i remember playing the demo for it and it kicked ass
