Still cs+css, crysis, cod and gears 2. I have mostly been playing xbox(live)
I'm playing CS again while I have my computer. Other than that I mostly stick to Xbox 360 stuff like Fallout 3, NBA 2k9, etc etc.

I'm going to be installed CS on my new desktop this weekend but I haven't been playing PC games at all really. Just COD4 and GTA4 on xbox360.

its hard to compare the two since theyre different games. i really like both, but i guess id have to choose l4d over fallout 3 because im much more interested in multiplayer, especially one as fun as l4d.

I bought Supreme Commander like 2 years back, so I can finally run that on full graphics sometime...just downloaded C&C3 and C&C:RA3, downloading Fallout 3 now...is L4D any good downloaded or is it better just to buy that game?

i dont think you can actually compare the games tbh, they are so far from each other in terms of genre and play style its impossible
fallout 3 could have been MUCH better. theres a ton of land, but its just that. land. and mutated dogs and some worms. the occasional bandit/group of bandits. bethesda could have taken fallout 3 a lot further than they did, and it ended up not being worth the money to me. i think it should have cost $30.
i also didnt think l4d was worth the $50 either. for four missions, two of which are versus compatible, thats a pure ripoff. yet i bought it anyway. for weeks i told my friend i wouldnt buy it for full price. then steam had its sale, and i wanted to buy it, but apparently they didnt want my money and wouldnt accept the card i was using, even after 23 attempts. so i wound up using a gift card i got for christmas to avoid actually paying for the full price (or so i tell myself). the multiplayer is really really fun, or so ive heard. i have yet to find a game where my teammates all have microphones and/or dont suck shit through a coffee stirrer. people tell me its amazing fun when you DO find a game like that, but im still looking.
