Well, it could ruin their sense of sound when they're trying to be stealthy. They won't be able to hear the guy and chances are, they'll die. I'd consider that a hack.:D

My tactic for 1v1s. If all talk is on i just start yelling into my microphone so they cant hear my footsteps.

If alltalk is on then you can kinda be seen easier with that big yellow icon above your head.
