My Wedding thread
Yeah, it's really nice in there actually. Big leather couches/chairs. Lotta plasma screens and so on. They show ppv sports events free. :)

My Wedding thread
So I just wanted to post an update for everybody. My wedding date has been moved up to January 9th, 2010. So....33 days away. I've also cut down the wedding size from 150 or so to 70. I can't invite any of you guys because if I go over my number of guests, I get charged. This is a new venue that takes care of everything for us, which is pretty awesome.
The reason we had to move it up is because 4 or 5 weeks ago, my father went to the hospital in extreme pain. They ran some tests and found a tumor in his liver. After some more tests, they determined that it was cancerous and started somewhere else in his body. As of now they still don't know where the cancer started, but they found tumors in his pancreas and in all of his lymph nodes. He's been to two different doctors, both of which have said that he has stage 4 cancer, which is the worst and final stage of cancer. They told him he has 6 months or less to live. He is going down to MD Anderson in Texas, which is one of the best cancer centers in the US. I will be celebrating Christmas with him this weekend as he will probably be in Texas for at least a few weeks. I'm sorry to everyone that wanted to drive down and attend the reception. All we're concerned about at this point is making sure that my dad can make it to my wedding, and that he won't be in pain after that. Sucks man, I hope he'll be around long enough to see his boy get married. Good luck with your wedding though, seems like a lot of pressure going through and getting one all together.
