playing xmas music

We vote for maps because we're too lazy to change maps manually everytime, and if we put it on a map rotation we'll have like 200 maps in that rotation and I doubt many people would like that.

The admins who say it's fine to play HLSS are the dumb european ones mainly, Womb and I both overrule them and pwn their faces because we have both been here much longer. Sometimes when you mute people it mutes others too, people we don't want muted. That's why we ban you instead of muting.

Thats true too, out of everyone around, im probably the oldest admin that plays reguarly. Expecially since im the only none cat and the only 2 people older than me dont play:P

No music, ever. I've banned wroaw members for it, ill ban you too. Playing music is risking being banned, this is your warning, thats final.

PistonsFan, if an admin tells you to stop playing music then stop-playing-music. Don't whine or argue. Especially when the reason you're told to stop is of numerous complaints.

We leave hlss/no-hlss decisions up to the admin(s) on hand. There is no server rule for or against it. Some admins allow it, some don't. It shouldn't take you long to figure out how each of us feels about the subject.

My advice... You are welcome to ask the admin(s) on hand if it's okay to play music. If they say yes, hooray for you. If they say no, the answers no.

We are not going to tell our users 'if you don't like it, use mute'. And if you don't like the way our server is ran, feel free to rent your own server and run it however you like.

First of all, you're right on how we vote for maps is a sign of democracy, except you still missed out on a main point.

Just look at it this way.

We can ban the 1 person pissing people off by playing music, or lose the 10 who hate the music the guy is playing.

EDIT: Most of the time this is how I base my decisions. I can piss off the person causing trouble, or I can let him piss off the rest of his team/the server.

ok but if one admin tells me i could play and another admin comes and doesnt like it then warn me or tell me to turn it off before a ban and ill stop
