This only started happening a few hours ago, so unless my ISP has suddenly become infested by money-grubbing executives who make us pay $500 for DSL, I doubt it's my ISP.

I'm using that as an example, sheesh. If this does persist I'm probably gonna change ISPs like MD suggested.
