help w/ internet
for some reason my internet has become very very very slow. wat reasons could this be? i dont think its because of other applications that are using the internet because i closed them all and there is no difference. can it be that my internet service is fat and they slowed it down or something because i use it so much?

Could be that someone is whoring bandwidth off of you if you have a wireless router. Or you might just have a weak signal to your ISP and need to give them a call so they can fix your line. Or a program is whoring all of your bandwidth without your knowledge!

Or your modem could be malfunctioning. Or programs could be broke. Go to start run cmd and type in ping -t http://www.google.com if you get a shitty ping there its definately a problem and which case i would call your ISP.

Try going to Tools > Internet Options > Delete files (In the temporary internet files place thing)
