i leased a server in chicago and am making it as identical to the wroaw server as i can remember. it is a 16 man public server hosted by http://www.etgamehosting.com

it is called "[a] 5 | Clan HookMod (Faster Server)"

look for it and check it out... i want to fill it and see if the company is as good as they brag

i just uploaded the maps in a zip file that they are going to unzip and install for me tomorrow morning... it was 667mb unzipped...lol... it is stuck on airstrip till i add some maps to mapchoice.ini or someone nominates a diff map... all the classic nipper and wroaw maps. deags map management, roll the dice, hookmod. the works

tell me what you think... this prolly won't work out. like all the othere attempts to get a new wroaw server. noone will play. alot of the people from a clan called [SVT] will play there though because their hookmod server went down causing me to buy one. if it gets full i will have them make it more slots!!!

im just wondering how many wroaw will actually play on it, main fun of the old serv was that we all gathered there having slap wars or pwning eachother :Dor something along those lines. especially the tking blizzard and biggs with a car in big_city or seomthing :lol:

Come on...the fun part of Wroaw was that we all messed around...tking....nading ppl...knifing with hook...or ridding a plane into oblivion in the good ol' Airfights2:D

I could knife people with shotguns on falling, without using hook. I could knife them while falling and they're hooking up, to be more specific.

the reason i bought the server is because i liked the old WCS but it will be no fun if no wroaw people play there.. you can still have all your hook knife wars and fun.. give me a chance here... they still have to unzip the maps and sounds, and i have to put some maps in mapchoice.ini (maps it fill in the extra vote slots with)
any sugestions for what maps i should put here.... it will basically be the maps playing while noone is online

Can u make it a NY server? 90 ping is like 2143412 times better then 125 ping:(

wuuhuuu first time joining and getting kicked after 5 seconds due to con probs
