Oh you mean you have the box "Lower Details" checked? :X
That's terrain range 1, pc range 1, lowest detail settings. I can't stand terrain/pc range 1. I get 15-60 fps (depending on area) with 16 bit 1024x768 lowest details highest terrain/pc range.
