how can i change the thing to the left of this message that reads "OH NO!! It's Mister Beagle!!" I can't find the place where i can change it, i haven't changed it in so long... if ever

also, is there a way to upload a signture from my pc instead of using an image from a website's url?

Just go here and change the text in the box titled 'Custom member title'

To upload a picture on your PC to use as a sig, goto a website like tinypic.com, select the image, upload it, and use the direct link inside an IMG tag.

Use ImageShack.us, it even gives you the code for this forum that you can copy and paste into your signature

[IMG]http://some-site/some-image.jpg[/IMG]

That is what Spitfire! meant

Sites like TinyPic, ImageShack, PhotoBucket, all provide you with links to the images you upload, so you can use them in situations like this
