halo is really an example of a game overhyped because of the gamer wannabe or prep people having a game they can easily handle because it doesn't recognize physics or realism in any way. If you compare it with pc games out there which happened when halo came out for pc it gets blown away. It's console fanboys that make halo so popular not the game itself.

Dude...In Half Life 2, Gordon carries about 134249754385642356324 different weapons at once, one of them being a fucking GRAVITY GUN, and you accuse Halo 2 of ignoring realism and physics?

Maybe not realism, but the physics completely own those of any other game.

And on the realism subject, the game is scifi based, it's SUPPOSED to be FICTION as in SCIENCE FICTION.

Halo is supposed to be about "combat" according tot he commercials, but it's not that realistic.
