If the map is only a problem because of missing files, here is a site for missing .wads:

And heres a site for missing .mdls:

The site is in Chinese (I think), but those are just dates, and the files are easy to pick out.

Place any missing .wads in the C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*your account*\counter-strike\cstrike folder.
And any missing .mdls in the C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*your account*\counter-strike\cstrike\models folder.

In de_southparks's case, the spark.wad isn't listed in that site, so heres the download http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/download/14577.

cs_snowhidingplace... when i try to connect cs closes and i get an error saying cant find cs_snowhidingplace.wad... and the file wasnt on that list unknown(.) linked to.

idk if you have fixed it for not but the offroad map (not sure how it is spelled) crashes.........idk why but it sometimes crashs and it goes to big city.

big_city2 is the default map that wcs starts on, so if any map crashes, it will revert to that map:Pand I think he_offroad always crashed :\

Actually I've played all the way through offroad 3-4 times without it crashing...out of the 20 or so times I've been on when it's been voted for.:P

is moria the one where the vip has to run through a bunch of tunnels and rooms, and the T's start a level above with ladders heading down and its dark and shit.

I dont think so... I think everyone lags up because the map. As soon as we join, people start saying 'OMG LAG" or "Who the hell voted for this laggy map?"
