I haven't played RO.
as far as losing exp in L2. you didn't have to PvP, nor did you have to stay flagged. Most people that did PvP didn't do it on their main characters if they were planning on killing non flagged people. I don't believe a non flagged person lost exp, an you on got flagged if you killed someone who wasn't flagged and didn't attack back. |

You wouldn't lose your equipment you mean. You still had a chance of losing items.

RO still wins at PvP. Many people liked L2 because it was "fast" PvP. To those who say that haven't played RO.
