I use bearshare lite......works great for me. Supposedly virus/ad free, and so far i have no virii or adware. :ph34r:

but since it kinda lacks a huge variation of music and is pretty provider dependant, i'd go for dcc++:
share 10-20 gig, get in a nice channel, and have fun leeching!,, err, sharing:D
