Maybe mafia means that metaphorically. Like when a guy comes out of the closet and his father says, "I have no son." or "My son is dead to me."
Maybe Mafia came out of the closet, admitting to such anal pleasures as "Salad Tossing" and "Butt Darts." and mafia's family is hardcore christian, and they denounced mafia's existance. I think that story holds the most truth, humor, and truth. Rockstar Games, has stated that it will offer a downloadable patch to fix the sex issue in the PC versions of GTA  A, and is working on a new version of the game that will prevent this content from being unlocked in the future.Thank God. I'll be the first person to download and patch my PC version of "Grand Theft Auto."
