You dont, you get someone else to unban you.

Ill go out on a limb and assume he got banned for tking, and seeing me having been banned from tking and coming back in 3 minutes he thinks i unbanned ymself when infact noobish i believe did it for me.

You can only unban yourself with RCon. Get someone else to unban you.
