TF2!

The TF2 models are very similar to cel-shaded, but it's not quite there.

A lot of the japanese/korean games are cel-shaded, I can give you a lot of examples.

A cel-shaded model normally has stronger outlines of everything, as you can see in the pictures that I posted. The TF2 picture is more smooth and blends in.
