Cloaking and focus = bad

Silence is a good first upgrade, but you should go cel or leap as a first upgrade and then maybe silence. It's hard to get kills early on unless you can get to the marines fast enough.

About fading and blinking in and out fast, it just takes a lot of practice. Once you master that you can work on swiping JPs down.:ph34r: The most important rule about fade is never get too greedy. You may have a lot of health but with a few marines it's nothing in a few seconds.

Me personally, since I'm such a god (gg), I go for celerity -> save up for fade -> focus -> regen -> cara/metabolize (depends if marines have heavy weapons) -> adrenaline -> then usually silence or scent after I get adren I don't really care. I see a lot of people who go early fade with no upgrades but they're just easy kills, I'm better off with a cel skulk.

My tatics? Mostly I've been trying to learn to bunnyhop, but I can't really do it yet but as a skulk. Mostly hiding and waiting for marines to pass you isn't a good idea. I like to parasite rines, then wait around a corner and once they get near that corner I jump around it and kill them. It suprises them most of the time and remember to jump around a lot, don't just stay on the ground biting people. Try to parasite rines once while you run up to them in the beginning of rounds because of the new armor thing, if you miss the first time don't waste time trying to do it again and just go for him.

But to master fade, you have to learn one main thing. Using a fade without adrenaline and instead go with celerity. I remember Dum3z said that was impossible but he's pretty good at it now.:ph34r:
