so what exactly is CS:Source? just another Counter-strike with better graphics? or do they add those new guns?

No, but there was a BETA if you weren't living under a rock.:P
It's basically CS with better graphics, and more realistic weapon physics. And the HE Grenade has been replaced with a Fragment Grenade.
