i lack motivation to make a resolution i wont follow.
Mine is to discover the golden pick-up line... I think I'm getting close... My favorite one is one that my friend used while drunk one night riding in his buddies car down the street... they see a hot girl on the sidewalk and he yells out the window: "HEY! Wanna come back to my place and get RAPED?!?"
I'm 100% that one will work 100% of the time.
I have a couple
Be able to Bench press 250 for one rep.(Currently at 205 for one rep)
Also do more cardio when I work out.
Cut down to 150 pounds then bulk to 170.(Currently at 165 pounds)
Deadlift 385 pounds for five reps.(Currently at 315 for three reps)
Squat 400 pounds for one rep(Currently at 365 for one rep.)
Eat more clean.
Basically all working out Resolutions.
