Fraps 1.9D. Keep in mind it can't record sound, just video. And the videos are recorded in bmp frames, so a few seconds of video at 640x480 resolution can easily suck up 10 megs.

Yeah, make sure you have 1) hard drive space and 2) something to change the bitrate from 65Mb/s (I believe that's the rate for 640x480) to a nice 1Mb/s.
