It's Microsoft's version of MPEG, Windows Media Video, more information is available at Wikipedia.org
You need Windows Media Player to play 'em, which you can get here

yeah i had general suicidal killer but i decided to change it to ramen_noodles and i was gonna type that in but my hands typed in noodles90 instead. so i am the OLD noodles back and crappier than ever! er...i mean better.
oh and i have the WMV thing. it keeps saying i need a license and what not.
