Yep, since CAL is switching to CS:S lots of angry 1.6 players like myself are going to 1.3 for Steam. There are already about 1 or 2 leagues for 1.3, and it is definatly going to grow and become big. Since it's so old, there aren't any hacks for 1.3 and there won't be much hackers.
If you want to check it out, go to #1.3 or www.cs13.net and download 1.3 for Steam!
