It's Wroafn. Wroaw2, as a subdivision, would have to include Wroaw people only. Not all Wroaw members would have to be included. This is more of a combination between Wroaw & afN members, aka Wroafn.

There was still something called afn and they were still in it and you can't prove that wrong. I say steal Penguin's tag and go with Wroafn, because 1/3 is a third too many non Wroaw to be considered a subdivision.
