1)Get a demo. To take a demo, while in game, open your console by pushing ~. Then type record "demoname". Change demoname to anything that you want to name it, for example hackeromgwtf. Now when you're finished recording, type stop in console and it will stop recording. Now go to your steam install folder. Now browse till you get to teamapps/your@email.com/counter-strike/cstrike/. The file will be there, if you used the example name, the file would be hackeromgwtf.dem. Post this file for us to review.
2)Get a screenshot of the hacker's name and steamid. To take a screenshot, press F5, or if you've rebinded it, press whatever key.:P. To see a steamid, open console by pushing ~ and type status. Hit f5 once you see the line that has the hacker's name and steamid. Post that picture here, and we'll look at it for further discussion.
3)Remember that we have plugins installed. We have Hookmod thanks to DrunkenF00l and Roll the Dice by Van Ludwig. Roll the dice does a lot of "hacker-like" things, such as make you invisible, make you invincible, etc. Hookmod allows you to grapple to different places, so take these into account when determining if someone is a hacker or not.
4)Do not bug the admins incessantly about it. Tell us once, nicely, and don't shout it out. Let us watch the hacker for a minute or two to determine if he hacks or not. Most of our admins are experienced at finding hackers, and one or two admins have hacked before. We also have an admin with CAL experience, so don't try to use that excuse either. We know what a hacker looks like.
5)Post these things in this forum, do not post ban requests in the Chit Chat Lair or anywhere else.

Also, I would like to try and compile a list of people that we ban...maybe we can just pull the banlist from the server or something every now and then....dunno it's just an idea.
