A friend of mine said if your pee is ever green, it means you're about to die from dehydration or something. He also said colorless pee is healthy, while yellow is unhealthy.
So clear pee = you're hydrated. Yellow or green pee = dehydrated.

Clear pee = all water and either you drank a lot of water or your kidneys arent functioning properly and arent filtering your blood
yellow pee = healthy, full of the stuff your supposed to be peeing out
orange pee = on menangitus pills. yea, middle school thing :\
brown pee = blood... yea go get that checked
