Heh thats because she is British I guess. I used a text to speech application from Realspeak for it, as soon a better comes out ill be the first to downlo.. eeeh buy it. If its annoying I can turn it off:)

It says like "Welcome to the Raw Community Server." With my sound it was very faint and I had to reconnect like four times to finally hear it.
