I was running at 70, then changed fps_max to 100. Problem solved. :)

Too late,I bought a new video card,one compatible to d3d and extra rambus ram ><
Yeah...its compatible to OPENGL too...my current videocard (TNT2) only lets me run software mode ...
I suggest you stick with OpenGL.
