Just because your computer can't get up above 12 FPS doesn't mean that the fps_max can be set below 30 fps.

Yeah I told that to my PC and then shut it down....
My computer shuts down randomly because it overheats (I think)! So I took off my side case and have a fan blowing on it.:)
