its your motherboard...cant handle the shit u putting in your computer...there is a max to everything unless u get the top of the line everytime

It's not his motherboard. If he can put the card in the motherboard, its not going to be the bottleneck. That system should run much better than it is right now. It worked fine before, and now it doesn't. Hardware doesn't start running slow like it is for you, with the exception of that if your computer starts overheating, it will run slow. First i'd suggest either you or your brother (since he knows enough to be able to take out a mobo/vid card) dust out the computer, and make sure that its running cool. After that, I would suggest totally uninstalling the video card, making sure the drivers are deleted, and re installing it. Let me know what happens when you try all that.

Can of air = compressed liquid that evaporates when it's released from the can. It's used mainly to blow dust off computer parts.
