I think, first of all it should be take off the cycle because 4 CT's die a round for lack of spawn space. Also it's kind of offensive, this NIPPER person having no respect for the dead.
Offensive? It's just a map that's heavily biased towards T. There's nothing offensive about the D-Day map. He's not making fun of it by making a map over it.

Also, he_dodgeball2 is played in many non-Nipper map servers. It's a Nipper map.
