Yep, since CAL is switching to CS:S lots of angry 1.6 players like myself are going to 1.3 for Steam. There are already about 1 or 2 leagues for 1.3, and it is definatly going to grow and become big. Since it's so old, there aren't any hacks for 1.3 and there won't be much hackers.
