Why yes, I do know of a few. But for free? You're not going to get a good one. Do you even have a DVD burner? It can't be done with a normal CD burner incase you didn't know.

Nero is a good program to use. It isn't free though so just use some file sharing program to get your little paws on it.:o
I use somethin called Record Now!, :-p came with my pc so idc.
