I've found an incredible tool for skinning Windows:o

It changes pretty much everything about the way Windows looks, all the buttons and the taskbar, start menu and window title bars

You probably all have something like it but if you don't, its at Windowblinds.net and it's free. Comes with a popup, but it makes Windows look so much betterB)

There's over 2000 skins or something, here's the one I use:
