That's terrain range 1, pc range 1, lowest detail settings.
I can't stand terrain/pc range 1. I get 15-60 fps (depending on area) with 16 bit 1024x768 lowest details highest terrain/pc range.
Reset the account, then give it to someone:P
I have dwopples account, level 50 blade dancer totally stripped.:P
