everytime i try to launch cs: source i get this message

cant load c:/programfiles/valve/steam/steamapps/(myaccount)/counterstrikesource/bin/filesystem_steam.dll

someone please help me because i have replaced the file with one that works because my for my other computer it works and i have reinstalled the game and steam

Uninstall CS:S and then reinstall it.

It's not a problem with Steam, its a problem with his CS:S. Probably when he was installing something happened and that one file wasn't transfered over.

He just told you to dosystem recovery, thats the default way to fix things.
