thats actually pretty good if you can hold it for another 3k. im actually pretty bad at cross country, im more of a sprinter. i did it to get in shape for track, so mostly id not give my full potential unfortunately. id just hang around the back half of the race, then at the end sneak up behind some noob(s) and out-sprint them to the finish line to make them feel like shit.
edit: my best was a 23:22 5k, rofl... i would never be tired for more than like a minute after my races, and it shows through my times. granted it was poor weather, but i could have dropped that baby probably 30+ secs if i really wanted to that day :/

its for rowing, all the crew kids use it at my school to condition during the winter haha. so its easier than running

That ^. a lot of my friends do crew at my school and he dared me to pull a 2k on one of those things. shits hard man, lmao
