The hookmod module just doesn't seem to want to load! Any hints anyone?!

What version of amx and hook are you using? Don't you have to just copy the hook.amx to the plugins folder and then update plugins.ini?

I haven't run a cs 1.6 server in a while so I may be wrong, but I have never had any problem with hook.
