Alright this is a game called "make a wish but it has some downsides to it"
Yea..An example may clarify..
Poster: I wish that it would rain chocolate!
Next poster: Wish granted, but it's dark chocolate ;)
I wish coca would drink diet coke
Then so on and so on.
So if i make a wish on this post, then the next poster grants the wish but makes a downside to it and then makes their own wish.
My wish:
I wish Dum3z would stop eating all the fudge and save some for me :(

or
Wish granted, but it is too late to stop Dum3z from developing Diabeted that leads to the eventual breakdown of his arteries and causes everything but his chest cavity to be amputated.
