and about music that contains the word nigger, those songs are mostly song by (wannabe)afro-american (a.k.a. negro) singers and don't imply the racistic meaning of the word, so therefore it not being racism...
it's all about the context...
addition to point 9: it's fine by me when someone comes to the forums to ask for an explanation on their ban aswell, and I think this counts for you aswell, but it isn't really easy to make out from point 9. maybe you should edit this.
