In the United States (yes here... its not universal)... typically normal colleges only allow lower level of degrees (associate's and/or bachelor's degrees) while a university typically includes a graduate school for learning (master's and doctoral programs)....
Also... I don't attend a University but I go to a college... a community college... that's highest degree is an associate's degree...
I'll go back to a Uni or 'REAL college' soon:D
