How badly does your computer need to be defragged?

My computer hates me.:(

I would edit those pics to make em smaller, but doing all those black marks just made my finger tired and didn't feel like croping.

I'll defrag tonight ^^

300gb HD...made in Taiwan...it will take me 5 months to defrag. it....its the SLOWEST Harddrive EVER Made!
