Simple rules. We rate the signature and avatar above us.
The rating system is 1 to 10, with 10 being best, and 1 being lowest. Such as, 7/10, or 8/10.
RULES ARE:
Do NOT post more than three times a page.
If you've already rated one person's avatar/signature, wait until the next page to rate them again.
No spam or double posting, condense both your ratings into one post.
