When registering a Steam account, they use 2 servers
Server 1 is 0:0
Server 2 is 0:1
Those 2 numbers basically just specify which server your SteamID was registered on
0:1:850948

I don't think the 0:0 and 0:1 repeat in numers afterwords.
So 0:0 creates a 53940, and then the 0:1 creates the 53941.

ckys post is completely wrong, when u first got steam it started as 0:0, its already moving into 0:2, just going to go up til they have to add a 3rd number.
So my SteamID is still worth the most?:D
