Nope. When I pee I'm accurate as hell!
The only time it could happen would be if I was outside peeing against a wall/tree and some sprinkled onto my feet.
I took a pee in a parking lot once on a car bout 3 away from mine cuz it was a 30 minute drive home and well i had to go. Got a little spray onto my feet then
