How can i change my PC's IP without reformating...coz realli need to =D

Second, try turning cable modem off, if you dont have a static ip, it may change.

Under TCP/IP Properties
WAN:
Reconnect, or call your ISP if you have a static IP (I doubt you do...)

Why must it be changed anyway?
Probably wants it for future references when he starts to become a hacker and needs a quick IP change.
