I always said A-W-P, because it stands for something and you always say the letters. All my friends at school though call it an "awp", like it's an actual word though.

I switch between the two, but mostly awp around people that play cs, a-w-p around non gamers.
I always say A-W-P, never even thought of saying just awp. Maybe thats because u can say a-w-p quicker in dutch (we dont have the whole doooubleeej0000 as W, just [wae] or something).

What if you're in a match and you get sniped by a man with rifle that kills in one shot nearly everytime? You start to yell over the mic, "Hey, Ben! Watch out, there's an A-W..." and Ben has died. Why, you ask? He's wondering why the hell you're practicing the alphabet. Where as if you say, "AWPA," he'll get the message right away.
This is a different story for the USP however.:P
