Driving TKs and shooting TKs are different, nub.
Driving only gets you kicked after so many.

I remember it (always or at least once) being so that if you tk with a car with ATAC on, no matter how many times, you won't be kicked. God I loved that.
Too many tkers on vehicle maps thought....
